Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?
Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
How to make a return:
- Please contact us at 800-741-7721 option 2 prior to returning any items.
- For defective, incorrect or damaged items, please contact us for a replacement.
- Most of our items qualify for return privileges.
- When we speak with you and approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization form that should be used as an unpaid label for your return package.
